In November 2011, as a member of the Rotary Club from Cefalù, I organized a meeting entitled "Conversation on the town planning of Cefalù ". My speech summarized the most significant stages of the construction of the city, with the help of projects and photos, passages from books, essays and articles already published on the topic. Rino Minafra (past president of the Rotary club) asked me to make the submitted documentation  available to everyone to give the opportunity even to those who were not present to deepen the issues closely related to the history of our city. I reviewed some parts, added pictures, tried to clarify some steps, in order to simplify the reading of a quite complicated urban itinerary. Furthermore, in the final part I added a text that the architect UGO ROSA wrote on one of my projects a few years ago and that I never published. I hope the work attached here will be useful to all those who are interested in our city from the point of view of urban and architectural transformations.
